PARTS DISPOSITION
Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.
Rework Procedure
1. Remove the 4H-6112 Breather Assembly, 106-2105 Elbow, and 5P-1404 Adapter with O-ring seals.
The 4H-6112 Breather Assembly is reused later.
2. Install a new 480-3031 Elbow Adapter with new 2M-9780 O-Ring Seal to the main pump. Tighten the elbow to a specified torque of 140 +/- 21 N.m. Refer to Image1.2.1 for the angle.

3. Install a new 297-7704 Adapter with a new 2M-9780 O-Ring Seal to the 480-3031 Elbow. Tighten the adapter to a specified torque of 140 +/- 21 N.m.
4. Apply sealant to thread of the 4H-6112 Breather Assembly and reinstall the breather assembly to the 297-7704 Adapter. Tighten the breather assembly to a specified torque of 20 N.m.
5. Fill the breather assembly with 650 +/- 50 ml of oil.
