TYPICAL EXAMPLE1. Use a screwdriver and remove rubber button (1) from the steering wheel.
TYPICAL EXAMPLE2. Loosen nut (3) that holds the steering wheel to the steering pump shaft. Hit the back of the steering wheel with a soft hammer to free the steering wheel from the shaft. Remove nut (3) and steering wheel (2).Install Steering Wheel
TYPICAL EXAMPLE1. Put steering wheel (1) in position on the steering pump shaft. Make sure the splines in the steering wheel are in alignment with the splines on the steering pump shaft.
TYPICAL EXAMPLE2. Install nut (2) that holds the steering wheel in place. Tighten the nut to a torque of 35 lb. ft. (45 N m).3. Install rubber button (3) on the steering wheel.
