2. Position a suitable container under swivel (1) to contain hydraulic oil for storage or disposal. Disconnect three hose assemblies (2), (3), and (4) from swivel (1). 3. Remove six bolts (5) and the washers that hold plate assembly (6) to swivel (1). Remove plate assembly (6) from swivel (1). 4. Disconnect four hose assemblies (7), (8), (9), and (10) from swivel (1). 5. Disconnect four hose assemblies (11), (12), (13), and (14) from swivel (1). 6. Disconnect two hose assemblies (16) and (18) from tube assemblies (15) and (17) Remove two bolts (20), the washers, and the plate from spacers (19). Remove spacers (19) from tube assembly (17). Repeat on remaining tube assembly. 7. Remove tube assemblies (15) and (17) from swivel (1). 8. Remove bolt (22), the nut, the washer, and the clamps that hold tube assembly (21) to hose assemblies (23). 9. Disconnect hose assembly (25) from control valve (implement) (24). 10. Disconnect two hose assemblies (27) and (29) from tube assemblies (26) and (28). Remove two bolts (30), the washers, and the plate from spacers (31). Remove spacers (31) from tube assembly (28). Repeat on the remaining tube assembly. 11. Disconnect three hose assemblies (32), (33), and (34) from swivel (1). Remove tube assemblies (26) and (28) from swivel (1). 12. Install Tooling (A), as shown. Position a suitable lifting device to Tooling (A), as shown. Secure the lifting device to a hoist. Remove five bolts (35) and the washers that hold swivel (1) to the swing frame. Remove swivel (1) from the swing frame. The weight of swivel (1) is 145 Kg (319 lb). The following steps are for the installation of the swivel Check all components for wear or damage and replace if necessary. Apply 1U-6396 O-ring Compound to all O-ring seals prior to installation, if applicable. 13. Install Tooling (A), as shown. Position a suitable lifting device to Tooling (A), as shown. Secure the lifting device to a hoist. Put swivel (1) in position to the swing frame. Install 5 bolts (35) and the washers that hold swivel (1) to the swing frame. 14. Install tube assemblies (26) and (28) to swivel (1). Connect hose assemblies (32), (33), and (34) to swivel (1). 15. Connect hose assemblies (27) and (29) to tube assemblies (26) and (28). Put spacers (31) in position to tube assembly (28). Install two bolts (30), the washers, and the plate to spacers (31). Repeat for the remaining tube assembly. 16. Connect hose assembly (25) to control valve (implement) (24). 17. Install bolt (22), the nut, the washer, and the clamps that hold tube assembly (21) to hose assemblies (23). 18. Install tube assemblies (15) and (17) to swivel (1). 19. Connect hose assemblies (16) and (18) to tube assemblies (15) and (17). Put spacers (19) in position to tube assembly (17). Install two bolts (20), the washers, and the plate to spacers (19). Repeat for the remaining tube assembly. 20. Connect four hose assemblies (11), (12), (13),
