1. Remove flood light wiring harness (2) from pump room top cover assembly (1) 2. Remove eight bolts (3) and the washers that hold pump room top cover assembly (1) to the enclosure assembly. 3. Install Tooling (A) (not shown) to pump room top cover assembly (1), at dimension X. Position two lifting slings through Tooling (A). Secure the lifting slings to a hoist. Remove pump room top cover assembly (1) from the enclosure assembly. The weight of pump room top cover assembly (1) is 128 Kg (282 lb). The following steps are for the installation of the top cover assembly (pump room). Check all components for wear or damage and replace if necessary. Apply 1U-6396 O-ring Compound to all O-ring seals prior to installation, if applicable.4. Install Tooling (A) (not shown) to pump room top cover assembly (1), at dimension X. Position two lifting slings through Tooling (A). Secure the lifting slings to a hoist. Put pump room top cover assembly (1) in position on the enclosure assembly. The weight of pump room top cover assembly (1) is 128 Kg (282 lb).5. Install eight bolts (3) and the washers that hold pump room top cover assembly (1) to the enclosure assembly.6.
