B 4C-6508 Silicone Fluid 1350 36 mL (46 1.2 fl oz) Note: Add additional damping fluid to damper shell before the weight is installed.
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Attach Tooling (A) . Use a suitable lifting device to position weight (2) . Carefully lower the weight into case assembly (3) .
Ensure that the two dowels project no more than 7.5 mm (0.295 inch) from the case assembly. Position new O-ring seals (4) and cover (1) on the case assembly. Ensure that the cover engages with the dowels.
Install the bolts that hold cover (1) in place on the case assembly. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 55 7 N m (41 5 lb ft).
Fill the vibration damper with Tooling (B) through cover (1) or center ports (3) of the case assembly.
Install the two plugs in the center of the case assembly.
Install the two discs and plugs in cover (1) . Stake the cover at four locations around the plugs in order to hold the plugs in place.End By: Install the vibration damper. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Vibration Damper - Install".
