(6) S O S tapThe hydraulic tank is located on the right side of the machine under the operator platform. The machine hydraulic systems share a common hydraulic tank. The tank is not pressurized.The capacity of the hydraulic tank is 26 L (6.9 US gal). Oil can be added to the tank through fill port (1).Sight gauge (2) is located to left of fill port (1). The oil level in the hydraulic tank can be viewed on the sight gauge.Housing of charge filter (3) contains a bypass valve. If the pressure differential across the filter is greater than 350 kPa (51 psi), the bypass valve opens. When the bypass valve is open, charge oil is sent directly to tank.Housing of charge filter (3) also contains hydraulic filter bypass switch (5). The switch is a normally open switch. When the pressure differential in the circuit is above the switch actuation pressure, the switch closes. In this case, the hydraulic oil pressure indicator on the operator display is illuminated. The indicator will remain on until the pressure in the circuit falls below switch actuation pressure.Pressure tap (4) provides a port for testing charge pressure. This tap is located on the outlet side of charge filter (3).S O S tap (6) located in base of charge filter (3) provides an oil sampling port for the hydraulic system. This tap is located in the inlet side of the filter.

(7) Hydraulic oil temperature sensorHydraulic oil temperature sensor (7) is mounted in the rear side of the hydraulic tank on the right side of the machine.Hydraulic oil temperature sensor (7) provides an input to the operator display to display the hydraulic oil temperature.
