Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the valve mechanism. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Valve Mechanism - Remove".
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Remove bolts (4) from the rocker arm shaft.
Put identification marks on all of the components for proper assembly.
Remove bolts (3) and plate (2) from one end of the rocker shaft.
Remove rocker arm (6), rocker arm (7), and rocker arm (8) from rocker arm shaft (5).
Remove buttons (1) and the O-ring seal from the rocker arm. Note: Buttons (1) are held in place on the rocker arm by the O-ring seals.
Start By:
