Remove two bolts (10) and two clamps (11). Remove four cable straps (12).
Disconnect hose assembly (13) , hose assembly (14), hose assembly (15) , hose assembly (16), and the O-ring seals. Position the hose assemblies out of the way.

Remove four cable straps (21).
Disconnect harness assembly (17), harness assembly (18), harness assembly (19), harness assembly (20), harness assembly (22), and harness assembly (23). Position the harness assemblies out of the way.

Disconnect hose assembly (24), hose assembly (25), hose assembly (26), hose assembly (27), hose assembly (28), hose assembly (29), and remove the O-ring seals.

Disconnect harness assembly (30), harness assembly (31), harness assembly (32), harness assembly (33), and remove the O-ring seals. Position the hose assemblies out of the way.

Attach suitable lifting device to piston pump (propel) (38) and piston pump (fan) (39) as an assembly. The combined weight of piston pump (propel) (38) and piston pump (fan) (39) is approximately 103 kg (227 lb).

Remove two bolts (40).

Pull piston pump (propel) (38) and piston pump (fan) (39) away from the gearbox to free the spline. Remove O-ring seal (41) and discard. Remove piston pump (propel) (38) and piston pump (fan) (39) as an assembly.

Remove piston pump (fan) (39) from piston pump (propel) (38).Installation Procedure
Install piston pump (fan) (39) in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten bolts (10) to a torque of 15 3 N m (133 27 lb in).
Apply Tooling (A) to the splines of piston pump (propel) (39) prior to installation.
Apply Tooling (A) to the splines of piston pump (propel) (38) prior to installation.
