Adjustment of the Seat Height (3) - Push in on the air valve knob (3) to raise the height of the seat. Pull out on the air valve knob (3) to lower the height of the seat.Note: The key start switch must be on to raise the seat.Weight Adjustment

Adjustment for the Lumbar Support (5) - Rotate the knob (5) clockwise to increase support for the lower back. Rotate the knob (5) counterclockwise to decrease support for the lower back.Extension for the Back of the Seat
Illustration 5 g02277813Extension for the Back of the Seat (6) - Lift the extension (6) to remove the extension. When you install extension (6), push the extension all the way downward. The extension should touch the top of the seat.Storage for the Operation and Maintenance Manual

Heat-induced burns can occur when some people use a seat heater. Do not use the seat heater if you have a reduced ability to sense temperature changes, a reduced ability to feel pain, or have sensitive skin.

Seat Cushion Tilt (8) - The front of the seat cushion is pinned in a groove. Grasp the seat pan and rotate the pin "forward−up−and−back" into the steep angle position. Grasp the seat pan and rotate the pin "forward-down-and-back" into the nominal position.
Back Extension (9) - Pull up on back extension (9) to remove the back extension.
Lumbar Support (10) - Press the switch (if equipped) to increase or decrease lumbar support.
Heated and Ventilated Seat (11) (If equipped) - Press the top of the two position rocker switch for the heating mode. Press the bottom of the rocker switch for the ventilation operation.
Seat Height (12) - Push in knob (12) to raise the seat height. Pull out on the knob to lower the seat height.Note: The engine start switch key must be turned ON or the engine must be running to adjust the height of the seat.
Fore and Aft Position (13) - Pull the lever upward. Move the seat in the desired direction. Release the lever at the desired forward position or the desired rearward position.
Ride Zone Indicator (14) - Use this indicator to determine if the suspension is adjusted too high or the adjustment is too low. When the operator sits in the seat, the white bar should be in the green zone of ride zone indicator (7).
Back Cushion Angle Adjustment (15) - Pull the lever upward. Permit the back cushion spring forward or lean backward into the cushion. Release the lever at the desired position.
