Remove Cooling System Package (Radiator, Hydraulic Oil Cooler, and Aftercooler). Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before the disassembly procedure, clean the exterior of the component thoroughly. Cleaning will help to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism.

Remove shroud (1). Remove bolts (2) from the top and bottom of the radiator assembly. Remove plate (3).

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to hydraulic oil cooler (6). The weight of hydraulic oil cooler (6) is approximately 54 kg (120 lb). Loosen the seal (5) to separate hydraulic oil cooler (6) and the radiator core (4). Remove hydraulic oil cooler (6).

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to radiator core (7). The weight of radiator core (7) is approximately 32 kg (70 lb). Remove radiator core (7).
