Remove the used sealant from the sealing surface of the hydraulic tank. Thoroughly clean the sealing surface before you install new sealant.
Install 3G-4090 RTV Silicone Sealant on the sealing surface of the hydraulic tank. To complete the seal, overlap the ends of sealant (39) in a crisscross manner, as shown.

Attach Tooling (A) to the rear half of the hydraulic tank. Use a hoist and suitable lifting chains to install the rear half of the hydraulic tank. The weight of the rear half is 93 kg (205 lb).

Install nuts and bolts (24) .

Assemble drain valve (17) by installing seal (21), valve (20), spring (19) and guide (18) .
