Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to throttle (8).
Position throttle (8) and the gasket. The weight of the throttle is approximately 54 kg (120 lb).
Install bolts (11).

Position bracket (9) onto throttle (8).
Install bolts (7).
Connect harness assembly (10).

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to tube assembly (1).
Position tube assembly (1) and the gaskets. The weight of the tube assembly is approximately 18 kg (40 lb).
Apply Tooling (B) to bolts (6).
Install bolts (6). Tighten bolts (6) to a torque of 240 40 N m (180 30 lb ft).

Position bracket (5) onto tube assembly (1).
Apply Tooling (B) to bolts (4).
Install bolts (4). Tighten bolts (4) to a torque of 60 12 N m (44 9 lb ft).

Position the O-ring seal. Use bolts (3) in order to connect elbow (2) onto tube assembly (1).
Turn on the gas supply.
