1 - - The rubber toric seals and all the contacting surfaces must be clean and dry at assembly. Before assembly, apply a thin film of 6V-4876 Lubricant to the contacting surfaces of the metal seal rings. The seal rings must be assembled square. The rubber toric seal should not bulge and the rubber toric seal should not twist.
2 1 6Y-8172 Carrier Roller Bearing Inside diameter after assembly is 78.28 0.09 mm (3.082 0.004 inch).
3 1 4H-9105 O-Ring Seal Lubricate the bore lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.
A - - Before assembly, length of the shaft that must be free of paint is 80 5 mm (3.1 0.2 inch).
B - - End play for the track roller shaft:
Minimum is 0.3 mm (0.01 inch).
Maximum is 1.2 mm (0.05 inch).
