Release the lever in order to lock the back cushion into position.The operator pulls up on fore/aft lever (14) in order to slide the seat forward or backward to the desired position. Release the lever in order to lock the seat into position.The operator pulls up on seat cushion tilt lever (15) in order to move the seat cushion up and down to the desired position. Illustration 2 g00275627The operator pushes back lever (16) for lumbar support in order to increase support for the lower back. The operator pulls lever (16) for lumbar support forward in order to decrease support for the lower back.Armrest Adjustment

Rotate the knob clockwise in order to raise the angle of the armrest. Rotate the knob counterclockwise in order to lower the angle of the armrest.Upper Back Support
