Apply Tooling (G) onto the mating surface of case (73). Install Tooling (K) onto case (73) .
Use Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device in order to install cover (70). The weight of cover (70) is approximately 68 kg (150 lb).
Remove Tooling (K) .

Lower the temperature of bearing cup (67). Install bearing cup (67) onto bearing cage (66) .
Use Tooling (J) in order to measure the flange thickness of bearing cage (66) in four places that are equally spaced. Record the average measurement. Ensure that the bearing cups and the bearing cones are seated correctly. Install bearing cage (66). Install four new bolts (65) until the bolts are finger tight. Tighten bolts (65) alternately by one quarter turn. Tighten bolts (65) by an equal number of turns to a torque of 6 N m (53 lb in).
Rotate gear (79) by three revolutions. Tighten bolts (65) to a torque of 12
