1. Remove bolt (1) and plate (2).2. Remove bracket assembly (6) from hub (3). Remove spacer (9) and bearing (10) from hub (3). Remove pulley (8) from the hub. If necessary, remove pin (11) from bracket assembly (6).3. Remove spacer (5) from hub (3). Remove lip-type seal (4) and bearing (7) from the hub. The following steps are for the assembly of the fan drive.4. Position spacer (9) in hub (3). Lightly lubricate the sealing lips of seal (4). Install bearing (7) and seal (4) in the hub. Install spacer (5) in the hub. Position pulley (8) on the hub.5. Place 10 (g) 0.34 (oz) of 2S3230 Bearing Lubricant in the cavity along spacer (9) and the two bearings. Install bearing (10) in hub (3).6. Position hub (3) against bracket assembly (6). Install plate (2) and bolt (1). Tighten bolt (1) to a torque of 115 15 N m (85 11 lb ft).7. Put 2S3230 Bearing Lubricant in the fan adapter cavity before the fan and fan drive is installed.End By:a. install fan and fan drive
