Rework Procedure for the 264-0214 Seal
Glass Removal Procedure

Remove three 9X-2044 Screws (1) that secure three 191-2757 Brackets (2) to the upper left-hand side of the cab. Refer to Illustration 1.
Remove three 9X-2044 Screws (1) that secure three 191-2758 Brackets (3) to the upper right-hand side of the cab. Refer to Illustration 1.
Loosen, but do not remove, two 9X-2044 Screws (1a) that secure two 167-4183 Brackets (4a) to the lower right-hand side of the cab. Refer to Illustration 1.
Remove the remaining four 9X-2044 Screws (1) that secure four 167-4183 Brackets (4) to the lower right-hand side and the lower left-hand side of the cab. Refer to Illustration 1.Note: The 167-4064 Glass (5) is now loose after completing Step 4.
Remove glass (5) from the cab window frame.Note: Two people are required to remove the glass. The weight of the glass is approximately 20 kg (44 lb)
Remove 264-0214 Seal (6). Retain the seal. Refer to Illustration 1.

Remove all of the excess sealant from glass (5) without damaging the glass.
Clean the surface of glass (5), and clean seal (6) with isopropyl alcohol or propanol in order to remove all contaminants.Glass Installation Procedure

Apply Loctite 5067 sealant into the channel of seal (6) indicated by the arrows shown in Illustration 3.

Install seal (6) on the glass. Refer to Illustration 4.

Remove any excess sealant, and clean the glass. Refer to Illustration 5.
Reinstall the glass into the cab window frame. Begin installing the glass by first positioning the glass into the lower right-hand side of the cab window opening. Once the glass is in the correct position, secure the glass by using screws (1), brackets (2), brackets (3), and brackets (4) .Note: Apply Loctite 243 on the threads of each screw (1) before installing.
