Operator's Seat
The operator's seat has several controls for the adjustment of the seat.The suspension system is adjustable for the weight of the operator. With the operator in the seat, move lever (2) until the distance between the seat and the frame is 2 inches (51 mm).Knob (4) can be turned to adjust the height of the seat. There is a total of approximately 3 1/2 inches (90 mm) of vertical adjustment.When lever (3) is pushed down, the seat can be moved forwards or backward a total of 4 inches (102 mm).Lever (1) must be pushed down to adjust the back of the seat. It can be adjusted a total of 10°, in three different positions.There is a compartment at the rear of the seat for the storage of the Operator's Guide and other books. The Operator's Guide is fastened to the seat by a 5P9296 Lanyard.

The housing, to the right of the operator's seat, that holds the heater core and fans, has a cushion on the top of it. This makes a seat for a passenger. The 9D6210 Adjustable Seat Group has a seat belt for the passenger's seat also.
PASSENGER'S SEATHeater
The heater is in the housing that makes the passenger seat. The controls are on the front of the housing. There are two toggle switches, one for each fan motor. Each switch has a high and a low position, so there can be four different volumes of air sent by the fans. There is also a door on the front of the housing that gives access to the filter (5) for the recirculated air. Fresh air filter (6) is on the left hand side of the cab.

The controls for the attachment air conditioner are on the same panel with the heater controls on the front of the housing that holds the heater core. This housing also holds the air conditioner evaporator core. The air conditioner uses the same fan motors and switches as the heater.
