Installation Procedure
Note: Check the O-ring seals, the gaskets, and the seals for wear or for damage. Replace the components, if necessary.

Reposition turbocharger (3). Apply 4C-5599 Anti-Seize Compound (High Temperature) to four bolts (10). Install four bolts (10) and tighten bolts (10) to 55 5 N m (41 4 lb ft).

Install tube assembly (8) to turbocharger (3). Install hose assembly (9) to turbocharger (3) .

Install tube assembly (7) to the bottom side of turbocharger (3) .

Install tube assembly (6) to turbocharger (3) .

Reposition heat shield (5). Install eleven bolts (4) in order to secure the top half of heat shield (5) .

Install clamp (2) in order to secure pipe assembly (1) to turbocharger (3) .End By:
Install the air cleaner. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Air Cleaner - Remove and Install".
Install the muffler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Muffler - Install".
