Attach a suitable lifting device to load cylinder (27). The weight of load cylinder (27) is approximately 204 kg (450 lb). Use the suitable lifting device to carefully position load cylinder (27) in the machine.

Reposition pin (28) to the original location.

Position retainer (25) and plate (26). Install bolts (24). Connect grease hose assembly (23) .

Install retainer (21) and bolts (20). Connect grease hose assembly (22) .

Attach a suitable lifting device to link assembly (17). The weight of link assembly (17) is approximately 204 kg (450 lb). Remove the suitable holding device and position link assembly (17) .
Install thrust washers (19) (not shown) to the original locations. Install pin (18) .

Position bracket (14) and cylinder (16). Install bolts (13) and nut (15). Tighten nut (15) to a torque of 245 30 N m (181 22 lb ft).

Install retainer (12) and bolts (11). Connect grease hose assembly (10) .

Install retainer (9) and bolts (8). Connect grease hose assembly (7) .

Connect both ends of tube assembly (5). Connect hose assembly (6) .

Connect hose assemblies (3) and bracket assembly (4) .

Remove the suitable blocking from both sides of the machine.
