Remove the air compressor if the engine is equipped. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Air Compressor - Remove and Install".
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Disconnect harness assemblies (2). Remove bolt (1). Remove the bracket and speed-timing sensors (3).
If necessary, remove speed-timing sensors (3) from the bracket.

Remove O-ring seals (4). Installation Procedure
Install the speed-timing sensors (3) in reverse order. Note: Check the O-ring seals for wear or for damage. Replace the O-ring seals, if necessary.
Apply Tooling (A) to the O-ring seals.
Install speed-timing sensors (3). Seat speed-timing sensors (3) into the bracket. Install bolt (1). Tighten bolt (1) to a torque of 28 7 N m (21 5 lb ft). Connect harness assemblies (2).
