Installation of Hose

This procedure should be used for the following machines:
BYR1-886
JMH1-1429
TLX1-634
HYD1-1171

Remove the 180-4603 Tube As. This tube is part of the 174-9787 Control Valve Gp or the 214-6345 Control Valve Gp .
Remove the mounting components for the tube.
Install the new 280-8085 Hose As. Make sure that the hose has the proper orientation. Refer to Illustration 1 through Illustration 3.

Install 8M-2773 Clip on the existing boss. If the tractor has the grade control system, use a 272-1777 Washer in order to prevent interference with existing lines for the grade control system. Refer to Illustration 4.Installation Procedure 2
This procedure should be used for the following machines:
CFC1-UP
CFF1-UP
CFN1-UP
FDC1-UP
FDH1-UP
FDW1-UP
Remove the 180-4603 Tube As. This tube is part of the 174-9787 Control Valve Gp or the 214-6345 Control Valve Gp .
Remove the mounting components for the tube.
Install the new 280-8085 Hose As. Make sure that the hose has the proper orientation. Refer to Illustration 1 through Illustration 3.

Install 284-1166 Plate As or 280-8157 Plate As. Mount the plate to the upper mounting studs for the track drive motor for the right side track. Do not remove the existing nuts. Slide the plate over the studs that protrude from the existing nuts. Secure the plate with two 095-1207 Nuts or two 098-5747 Nuts. Refer to Illustration 5.
Clip the hose to the plate. Use one 8M-2773 Clip, one 8T-4121 Hard Washer, and one 8T-4137 Bolt in order to secure the hose.
