Remove the apron and apron trunnions according to the Disassembly and Assembly Manual, RENR8600, "Apron - Remove and Install".
Inspect bolts for damage. Replace any damaged bolts.
Clean the threads and mating surfaces of paint and debris.
Install trunnions.Note: Use thread lock on the threads of the bolts.
Torque trunnion bolts to 125 15 N m (90 11 lb ft).
Install the apron.Note: Use thread lock on the threads of the bolts.
Torque end cap bolts to 750 90 N m (550 65 lb ft).Procedure for the 630 Wheel Tractor-Scraper (G-Series)

Torque end cap bolts to 750 80 N m (550 60 lb ft).
