(2) Clamps that secure the fuel line (4) Proper routing of the hose and harness assembly (5) Proper mounting of the clip for the harness assemblyThe correct routing of the hose and harness must be used when repairs are made on the serial numbers that are listed above. Also, the hose and harness assemblies must be properly secured in the correct place.The harness assembly must be routed toward the engine block. Then, the fuel hose must be routed on the outside of the harness assembly. Also, the clip for the harness assembly must be installed with the harness toward the rear of the engine. The clips that secure the fuel line (2) must be installed in the proper locations. Refer to Illustration 2 for a reference.
