Rework Procedure
Disassembly:
Note: Some of the bellows and housing clamps should not be removed. The loosened clamps will support the iron throughout the Rework Procedure. The clamps will be replaced during assembly.
1. Loosen the turbine outlet clamps (A).
2. Remove the turbine inlet bellows, clamps, and turbine inlet tube (B).
3. Loosen the turbine housing clamps and rotate the turbine housing counter clockwise (C).

4. Remove the exhaust bellow and clamps (D).
5. Remove the exhaust manifold bracket and exhaust manifold (E).

Assembly:
Note: Ensure the bellows are assembled in a relaxed state.
Note: Assembly stress for all joints must be eliminated. Ensure that there are no gaps between the bolted joints prior to tightening.
1. Install bracket (F)
2. Loosely install log bellow (G).
3. Install exhaust manifold (H).

4. Rotate the left turbine inlet (I) clockwise.
Note: All V-band clamp bolt/nut for the bellows for the turbine inlet should be facing the front of the engine so they will not contact any surrounding components.
Note: Bellows alignment is needed to prevent premature failure, The bellows should not have any bends.
5. Install the left turbine inlet bellow (J).
6. Install the turbine inlet pipe (K).
7. Rotate the right outer turbine housing (L) clockwise.
8. Install the right turbine inlet bellow (M).
