ACTION REQUIRED
Refer to the Service Manual as necessary. Follow the D&A procedures (KENR8382 for 797F, KENR8727 for 795F) to remove and disassemble the front strut.
Rework the 148-9790 Gland to the attached drawing.
The new 374-3464 U-cup will go in the enlarged groove.
Reassemble per the D&A procedures and install the strut.
Note: This upgrade is intended for HVOF rods only, do not apply to chrome rods.
