Removal Procedure

The bolts are underneath the left front corner of the cab.

The bolts are underneath the right front corner of the cab.
Remove bolts (1) .

The wiper motor is located underneath the front center of the cab.
Disconnect harness assembly (2) from window wiper motor (3) .

Remove nuts (5) .
Disconnect hose (5A) .
Remove wiper arm assemblies (4) .

Remove boots (7) .
Remove cover (6) .

Remove nut (8) .
Remove bolts (9) .
Remove window wiper motor (3) .Installation Procedure

Position window wiper motor (3) .
Install bolts (9). Tighten bolts (9) to a torque of 10 3 N m (89 27 lb in).
Install nut (8) .

Position cover (6) .
Install boots (7) .

Connect hose (5A) .
Position wiper arm assemblies (4) .
Install nuts (5). Tighten nuts (5) to a torque of 35 5 N m (26 4 lb ft).

Connect harness assembly (2) onto window wiper motor (3) .

Install bolts (1) .
