A 9U-5980 Lifting Clamp 2 Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before the installation procedure, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble.
Install Tooling (A) to accumulator (1).

Use Tooling (A) and a lift truck in order to install accumulator (1). The weight of accumulator (1) is approximately 140 kg (310 lb). Note: Secure accumulator (1) to the truck in order to install remaining accumulator (1).
Install three bolts, three washers, one nut, and a clamp (5).

Install clamp (2) to accumulator (1).
Connect hose assembly (4) and O-ring seal to adapter (3).
Repeat Step 1 through Step 5 for the remaining accumulator (1).
