Temperature Control (22)
Temperature Control (22) - Use this knob to control the temperature. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Heating and Air Conditioning Control". Engine Start Switch (23)
Engine Start Switch (23) - The engine start switch starts the engine.
OFF position - When you insert the engine start switch key and when you remove the engine start switch key, the engine start switch must be in the OFF position. To disconnect the power to the electrical circuits in the cab, turn the engine start switch to the OFF position. Also, turn the engine start switch to the OFF position in order to stop the engine.
ON position - To activate the electrical circuits in the cab, turn the engine start switch key clockwise to the ON position.
START position - To start the engine, turn the engine start switch key clockwise to the START position. When the engine start switch key is released, the engine start switch key will return to the ON position. Note: If the engine fails to start, return the engine start switch key to the OFF position. This must be done before you attempt to start the engine again.Accelerator (24)
Accelerator Pedal (24) - The accelerator pedal controls the fuel flow to the engine.As accelerator pedal (24) is pushed downward, the engine rpm will increase.Service Brake Pedal (25)
Do not use the front wheel brakes for retarding on long steep downgrades.Overheating may occur, causing reduced service life of the brake components.
Service Brake Pedal (25) - During normal operation, depress service brake control (pedal) (25) to stop, or slow the machine. The pedal is fully variable. The amount of braking force depends on the position of the pedal. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Braking".Transmission Control Lever (26)
Transmission Control Lever (26) - Use the transmission control lever to select FORWARD, NEUTRAL and REVERSE transmission speeds. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Direction and Speed Control" for more information.Shift Pattern
