Order of Tasks
The Task List software sorts tasks so the currently active or recently active tasks can be easily identified.The order is as follows:
"In Progress" tasks
"On Hold" tasks
Highest priority tasksThe current task that is "In Progress" is highlighted. If there are no tasks that are in this state, Task List highlights the most recently active task. The list can be scrolled to find the highlighted task.Note: Sometimes completed or canceled tasks appear briefly at the top of the list while Task List refreshes.Adding a Task
Machine operators can add tasks to the machine.
Add Task - Open the "Add Task" window to add a task to the task list.

To add a task, click the Add Task icon on the toolbar on the right of the display. The "Add Task" window appears.The window shows the tasks that are available for selection. The following icons are on the Add Task toolbar:
Move Up - Move up through the list of items in the "Add Task" window.
Move Down - Move down through the list of items in the "Add Task" window.
Add Item - Add the highlighted task to the "Add Task" window.
Close Window - Close the "Add Task" window. Completing a Task
Machine operators complete a task by selecting the Complete Task button
Complete Task - Change the status of the task to "Completed". When the operator completes a task on CAESultra, the following message appears:
"Are you sure you want to complete the task?"When this message appears, acknowledge the message by selecting one of the following options:Yes - The task is completed.No - The task is canceled.The operator is returned to the task list.Task List Waiting for Connection
Task List waits for connection with Task List Manager and then allows the operator to alter the status of tasks. When not connected, the task list and toolbar buttons are dimmed and cannot be used. Contact the office to discuss.

If a disconnected ethernet cable causes the loss of connection, the network error message in Illustration 5 appears. If this message appears, connect the ethernet cable. Within 30 seconds of reconnecting the cable, the error message will disappear and Task List will be available.Receiving Messages
The following types of messages can be received on the machine from the Task List Manager Messaging area:
Scrolling messages
Pop up messages

Scrolling messages scroll across the bottom of the "Task List" window in a red color. These informational messages do not appear in any other window and can be stopped by touching the message on the screen.

Pop up messages appear in a "Message from Office" window over the top of the Task List window. The office can configure whether a reply is needed. If a reply is needed, any of the following buttons may appear at the bottom of the window:"OK" - Agree with the message."Cancel" - Cancel the message."Yes" - Answer yes to the message."No" - Answer no to the message.Changing the Status of Suspended Machines
