Monitor the hydraulic oil temperature on the operator display. Operate the machine until the oil temperature reaches 43 5.6 °C (110 10 °F).

Press down key (12) until "Service" is highlighted on the display screen.

Press OK key (13) to begin the calibration.

Move right conveyor switch (14) to the AUTO position.

Squeeze trigger (15), and move propel lever (1) to the FORWARD position.

Rotate right conveyor speed dial (16) to the MINIMUM position.

Rotate right conveyor speed dial (16) clockwise until the right conveyor just begins to operate.

Rotate right conveyor speed dial (16) clockwise until the speed of the right conveyor sprocket shaft reaches 119 15 rpm. Use Tool (A) to measure the speed.Note: If a photo tachometer is unavailable, use a stopwatch to time the movement of the conveyor slats. Adjust conveyor speed until the selected conveyor slat takes 10.5 1.5 seconds to make a full revolution.

The display should now read "CALIBRATION COMPLETE". Push back key (17) to return to calibration screen.
Push home key (11) to exit the calibration screen.
Move propel lever (1) to the NEUTRAL position.
Move right conveyor switch (14) to the OFF position.
Move throttle control switch (7) to the LOW IDLE position. Hold the switch in this position for less than 1 second.
After the engine reaches low idle, move engine start switch (8) to the OFF position.
