start by: a) remove camshaftsb) remove timing gears1. Remove the four bolts that hold the camshaft housing to the camshaft drive gear bearing cage inside of the camshaft housing. 2. Remove timing gear oil supply line (1) and timing plate fastening bolts. 3. Install a 3/8"-16NC forged eyebolt. Fasten hoist and remove timing gear plate. Weight is 90 lbs. (40,82 kg). 4. Install a suitable rectangular spacer (3) inside camshaft drive bearing as shown. Install tool (A) and remove bearing.5. Remove the transmission and implement pump drives (2) from plate.6. Remove bearing from transmission pump drive. 7. Using tool (B), remove bearing from implement pump drive.Install Timing Gear Plate
1. Using tool (A), install bearing in implement pump drive. 2. Using tool (B), install bearing in transmission pump drive. 3. Install the transmission and implement pump drives on timing plate.4. The camshaft drive gear bearing and cage oil holes should be in alignment. Using tool (C), install camshaft drive gear bearing in bearing cage, with outer end of bearing .06 in. (1,52 mm) below surface of cage.5. Install a 3/8"-16NC forged eyebolt. Fasten a hoist and install timing gear plate.6. Install timing gear plate mounting bolts and locks.7. Install timing gear oil supply line.8. Install the four bolts that hold the camshaft housing to the camshaft drive gear bearing cage inside of the camshaft housing.end by: a) install camshaftsb) install timing gears
