1. Add Circular Louvers

107-6025 Duct Assembly.(1) 8Y-6391 Louver Assemblies.Circular louvers can be installed to increase air flow to the operator. The two rectangular 8Y-6388 Louver Assemblies (1) that face the operator can be replaced with two circular 8Y-6391 Louver Assemblies. The two rectangular louvers are part of the 107-6025 Duct Assembly in the air duct group.

Circular louver dimensions. The new louvers can be installed by using two mounting plates and eight screws. The mounting plate layout is shown in Illustration 6. Make two mounting plates to the dimensions listed in Chart 2.

1. Refer to the top view in Illustration 7. Remove the two rectangular 8Y-6388 Louver Assemblies (1).2. Pick a louver opening on which you will work.3. Refer to the bottom view in Illustration 7. Position plate assembly (2) over the louver opening as show in Illustration 7.4. Install the four 104-2091 Flat Head Screws (3) that hold the plate in place.5. Cut the duct assembly to match the circular opening on the plate.

The refrigerant condenser.(1) 166-5371 Filter.(2) 7X-7729 Washer.(3) 8T-4137 Bolt.(4) bracket.(5) 119-8200 Refrigerant Condenser.For 928G and IT28G machines that experience refrigerant condenser plugging when working in dusty applications, the 166-5371 Filter (1) can be installed on top of 119-8200 Refrigerant Condenser (5). The refrigerant condenser is part of the air conditioner lines group.
The 166-5371 Filter can be ordered through the parts system. It should be cleaned as necessary because a dirty filter will lead to poor air conditioner performance and premature system failure.
Illustration 11. Hold down brackets (4). The material required to install the filter is listed in Chart 3. Hold down brackets (4) are to be made on site. A bracket is shown in Illustration 11. Make brackets (4) from eleven gauge cold rolled steel. This is the same material from which the condenser case assembly end plates are made. Make the four brackets to the dimensions listed in Chart 4. The dimension tolerance for bracket (4) is 1.5 mm (.059 in).
The instruction to install the filter are:
1. Refer to Illustration 10. Lay 166-5371 Filter (1) on top of condenser (5).2. Place a bracket on filter (1) with the bracket hole over a weld nut hole.3. Place washer (2) onto bolt (3).4. Insert the bolt and washer
