Introduction
Do not perform any procedure in this Special Instruction until you have read the information and you understand the information.Installation Procedure
Use the procedure below to update the firmware for the serial numbers listed above.
Insert a USB keyboard into the back of the display.
Power up the display.
After hearing a bleep, press the "ESC" button a few times to take you to the "BIOS" screen.

Use the keyboard arrows to select the following:
Select "Advanced".
Select "IDE Configurations".
Select "Enter".

Select "Configure SATA as" and click "Enter".

Go to "Save and Exit", go to "Save Changes and Exit", click "Enter".

Select "Yes" and click "Enter".
The display will power up. Once the gauge screen is visible, unplug the connector on the back to turn off the display.
Plug in the first USB with file "P130911L_DOS_Image_170616". Plug the connector back into the display.
After hearing a bleep, press the "ESC" button a few times to take you to the "BIOS" screen.

Select "Save and Exit". Select "SATA SM : InnoDisk Corp. - mSA".
After clicking "Enter", the following automated process below will take place taking up to 20 minutes.

The firmware has finished installing. Unplug the connector from the display.
Reinstall the Flashfile.
Plug in the USB with the file installer "20160203T0925".
Plug the connector into the back of the display.

Installation will automatically start. When the installation is complete, you will see the screen above. Unplug the display and remove the USB.Optional Installation of Latest Flashfile
Follow the procedure below to install the latest Flashfile.
Put the Flashfile "cmd7-update-marine-20170614" onto a new USB drive ensuring that it is the only file.
Power up the display.
When the gauge screen appears, plug the USB into the display.
The update will start automatically. Allow for 4 minutes for the installation or when the display shoes the gauge screen again.
