1.1 Liter Family Of EnginesThe 1U7305 Insertion Tool, which is part of 1U6680 1.1 Liter Engine Tool Group, has been incorrectly used by some in place of the 1U9786 Calibration Pin when calibrating a governor for a 1.1 Liter Engine on the 1U7326 Calibration Bench. If the insertion tool is used during governor bench calibration, the governor calibration reference point will be incorrect resulting in an incorrectly adjusted governor.
So, do NOT use the 1U7305 Insertion Tool when checking or adjusting a governor for a 1.1 Liter Engine on the 1U7326 Governor Calibration Bench. Use the 1U9786 Calibration Pin (serviced separately).
