Disconnect hose assemblies (1) and (2).

Disconnect hose assemblies (3) and (5). Disconnect ground strap (6). Reposition hose (4).

Disconnect hoses (7) and hose assemblies (8).

Disconnect hose assemblies (9) and (10).

Remove plate (11).

Disconnect harness assembly (12) and hose (13).

Disconnect harness assemblies (14) and (15). Disconnect cable assemblies (16) and (17).
Disconnect bracket (18).

Disconnect hose (20).

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to cab (21). The weight of cab (21) is approximately 890 kg (1962 lb).

Remove bolt (22).

Remove bolt (23).

Remove bolts (24) and (25).

Remove bolts (26) and cab (21). Installation Procedure
Install cab (21) in the reverse order of removal.
Charge the air conditioner system. Refer to Service Manual, SENR5664, "Air Conditioning and Heating Systems with R-134a Refrigerant" for the procedure. Refer to Special Publication, NENG2500, "Air Conditioning Tools" for the tools.
