"SYS AIR PRES ERR CALL SHOP"
This indicates an electrical problem with the pressure sensor for the air system. The VIMS will display a warning category 2. "SYS AIR PRES ERR CALL SHOP" will be displayed on the message center module for the VIMS. The VIMS will also log an event.Probable Cause
The message center module for the VIMS will display additional information about this warning. In order to view this information, the operator must press the "F1" key. This information includes the following items: the Module Identifier (MID), the Component Identifier (CID) and the Failure Mode Identifier (FMI). This information can be used to troubleshoot the system. For additional information, refer to the Troubleshooting section in the Service Manual, SENR6059, "Vital Information Management System (VIMS)" .The possible electrical problems of the pressure sensor for the air system are listed in Table 2.

"SYS AIR PRES LO CALL SHOP"
The system air pressure is lower than 578 kPa (84 psi). The VIMS will display a warning category 1. "SYS AIR PRES LO CALL SHOP" will be displayed on the message center module for the VIMS. The VIMS will also log an event if the system air pressure is lower than 578 kPa (84 psi) for a period of time that is greater than 15 minutes.In order to display the actual system air pressure, the operator must press the "F1" key.Probable Cause
The air compressor governor is not adjusted properly.
There is a leak in an air hose or in an air line connection.
There is a leak in a component for the air system.
The relief valve for the air tank
