PROBLEM
The existing nut can become loose causing the fan to dislodge 824H Wheel Dozers, 825H Soil Compactors, and 826H Landfill Compactors. If the fan becomes dislodged, further damage will occur.

ACTION REQUIRED
Apply Loctite 271 to the 8T-4132 Fan Nut that retains the 137-4238 Adapter and tighten to 200 +/- 30 NM.
Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, RENR8686, "Fan Group (Includes Fan, Fan Guard, Fan Shroud, and Hydraulic Fan Motor) - Remove" and "Fan Group (Includes Fan, Fan Guard, Fan Shroud, and Hydraulic Fan Motor) - Install".
