(6) Double flange track rollers The two track roller frames are mirror images of each other. A front idler (5) and two carrier rollers (4) are fastened to each track roller frame (3). The access panel (2) for the recoil spring and the mechanism for track adjustment are located between the pivot shaft and the equalizer bar. The undercarriage has seven track rollers . Three of the rollers are single flange track rollers (1) and four of the rollers are double flange track rollers (6). The installation of the track rollers is arranged from the front of the machine in the following order for Sealed and Lubricated Tracks (SALT):

(9) Track adjusting cylinder
(12) Recoil spring Valves (8) are used for moving the front roller frame in order to adjust the track. When grease is pumped into the filler valve, this causes the piston to move in a reverse direction. This movement causes the front roller frame to move out of the rear roller frame.The movement of the recoil rod and the front idler tightens the track. Tension on the track is released by a relief valve.
