Assembly Procedure
Note: Verify that all of the components of the hydraulic tank are clean and free of foreign material prior to assembly.Note: Check all of the O-ring seals and the components for wear or damage. Replace the components, if necessary. Lubricate the O-ring seals lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.

Install the following components: valve guide (24), spring (25), valve (26), rectangular seal (27), drain valve body (28), O-ring seal (29) and drain plug (30). Install two locknuts (23). Torque the drain plug to a torque of 68 7 N m (50 5 lb ft).

Install two screens (20) on baffle assembly (13). Install plate (21). Install locknut (22) on baffle assembly (13). Tighten the locknut to a torque of 20 5 N m (15 4 lb ft).
Repeat Step 2 for the remaining baffle assembly.

Install screen (17) on baffle assembly (3). Install plate (18). Install locknut (19) on baffle assembly (3). Tighten the locknut to a torque of 20 5 N m (15 4 lb ft).

Install screen (14) on strainer assembly (2). Center the screen on the strainer assembly. Install washer (15). Install locknut (16) and the washer on strainer assembly (2). Tighten the locknut to a torque of 20 5 N m (15 4 lb ft).

Position plate (7) and the O-ring seal for installation. Install four bolts (9) and the washers.
Position body (10) and the O-ring seal for installation. Install four bolts (8) and the washers.
Install plug (11) and the O-ring seal.
Position baffle assembly (13) and the O-ring seal for installation. Install four bolts (12) .
Repeat Step 9 for the remaining baffle assembly.
Position baffle assembly (3) and the O-ring seal for installation. Install two bolts (6) .
Position strainer assembly (2) and the O-ring seal for installation. Install two bolts (1) .
Use two people to install the cover and the gasket. Install 56 bolts (5) and the washers. The weight of the cover is 28 kg (62 lb).End By: Install the hydraulic tank. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hydraulic Tank (Implement) - Install".
