Start By:
Remove the radiator group. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Radiator Group - Remove".
Remove the fuel cooler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fuel Cooler - Remove and Install". Note: The cooling system components and weights may vary depending on your arrangement.

Remove fan guard assembly (1) and shroud assembly (2).

Remove guards (3) and (4) for the radiator core.

Remove shrouds (5).

Remove radiator support (6).

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to top tank assembly (7).

Use two people in order to remove side panel assembly (8). The weight of side panel assembly (8) is approximately 36 kg (80 lb). Repeat for the other side.

Remove bolts (9). Remove top tank assembly (7) and radiator core (10) together. The weight of top tank assembly (7) and radiator core (10) is approximately 318 kg (700 lb). Remove gasket (11).

Secure top tank assembly (7) and radiator core (10) in a vertical position.

Remove bolts (12). Use two people in order to remove support assembly for header (13). The weight of support assembly for header (13) is approximately 36 kg (80 lb).

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to top tank assembly (7). The weight of top tank assembly (7) is approximately 125 kg (275 lb). Remove bolts (14) in order to remove top tank assembly (7) from radiator core (10). The weight of radiator core (10) is approximately 192 kg (425 lb). Remove gasket (15).
