Do not disconnect any oil lines from the valve until all oil pressure in the main system has been released.
1. Disconnect tube assembly (2). Disconnect tube assembly (3).2. Remove the four bolts that hold tube assemblies (1) and (4) to the valve.3. Remove three retaining bolts and nuts (5) that hold the valve and remove the valve.4. Put plugs in the openings in oil lines.Install Boom Check And Relief Valve
1. Remove the plugs from the oil lines. 2. Put the boom check and relief valve (1) in position. Make sure the O-ring seals are in place in the flanges.3. Connect the three tube assemblies and one hose assembly to the valve.4. Install the three bolts and nuts that hold the valve to the bracket.Disassemble Boom Check And Relief Valve
start by:a) remove boom check and relief valve 1. Remove plug (4), retainer (3), spring (2) and valve (1) from body (7).2. Remove plug (6), spring (5) and valve group.3. Remove seat (13), valve (12), spring (11) and shims (10) from valve groups. Make a separation of valve groups (8) and (9).Assemble Boom Check And Relief Valve
1. Put clean hydraulic oil on all parts before the valve is assembled.
TYPICAL EXAMPLE2. Put shims (5), spring (4) and valve (3) in position in valve group (1), and install the seat (2). Make sure O-ring seal is in position on seat (2). 3. Install the valve group (1), spring (6) and plug (7) in body (8).4.
