Install the aftercooler's bottom O-ring seal and temporarily secure the seal with tape. Do not use RTV coating, adhesive, or lubricants. Install the aftercooler's remaining O-ring seals onto the aftercooler. Install the aftercooler onto the inlet air manifold.
Make sure that the aftercooler's bottom O-ring seal is seated correctly. Install the aftercooler's cover. Make sure that the aftercooler's upper O-ring seal is correctly seated in the cover's groove.
Insert the bolts in order to align the cover with the aftercooler and the inlet air manifold. Tighten the bolts in the cover's corner by hand in order to compress the O-ring seals.
