Information:

1. Remove two bolts (1).2. Remove two nuts (2). Aside infill assembly.
Always wear goggles when working on air conditioning systems. The system is under pressure at all times, engine running or not. Escaping Freon-12 (C C12 F2 Dichloro Difluoro Methane) can cause freezing of human flesh.DO NOT SMOKE WHILE WORKING ON AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS. Inhaling Freon-12 through any smoking material, although not toxic or flammable, can generate phosgene gas and cause violent illness. ALSO, HEAT MUST NEVER BE APPLIED TO A CHARGED SYSTEM. See Air Conditioning & Heating Service Manual, Form No. SENR3334, for more information on removal and installation of lines and refrigerant from the system.
Use a freon reclaimer before loosening bolt on the two lines.3. Loosen one bolt and disconnect two lines (3). 4. Loosen two hose clamps (4).5. Disconnect two houses (5). Move hoses to underside of cab. 6. Remove four bolts (6). Aside hose. Cap or plug immediately.7. Remove four bolts (7). Aside hose. Cap or plug immediately. 8. Remove eight bolts (8). Aside flexible pipe.9. Disconnect three lines (9) by removing twelve bolts. Cap or plug immediately. The left line is not visible in the photo.
Before working on the accumulator hoses or lines, clear all personnel from around the machine. Failure to do so could result in injury or death. Relieve hydraulic pressure on the front suspension system by attaching the handle assembly to the suspension valve and manually depressing the lever assembly to relieve pressure from the front suspension system.
10. Disconnect hose fitting (11). Cap or plug immediately.11. Disconnect six electrical quick connections (10). Mark and identify for connection during installation procedure. 12. Remove four bolts (12). Cap or plug off immediately.13. Disconnect two electrical quick connections (13). 14. Remove four bolts (14). 15. Disconnect air hose line (15). Remove three straps securing line.16. Disconnect hose (16) on the top of fuel injection pump. Cap or plug immediately. 17. Remove nut (17) from governor accelerator linkage.18. Remove the two nuts from U-bolt clamp (18). 19. Disconnect two hose fittings (19). Cap or plug off immediately.20. Disconnect hose (20) From fuel transfer pump. Cap or plug off immediately. 21. Remove clamp bolt (21).22. Remove positive cable nut (22).23. Remove negative cable nut (23). 24. Remove three lines (24) by removing twelve bolts. Cap or plug off immediately. Photo shows removals and disconnects already completed.25. Remove two lines (25) from clutch lockout valve. Cap or plug off immediately.26. Disconnect speed sensor (26). Cap or plug off immediately.27. Disconnect electrical quick connection (27). 28. Remove hose (28) from retarder relief valve on the bottom side of the retarder. Cap or plug off immediately. 29. Remove hose (29) by removing four bolts. Cap or plug off immediately. 30. Remove nut (30). 31. Remove nut (31) on the right hand engine mount. Repeat this procedure for the left hand engine mount. 32. Attach hoist to engine. Raise engine slightly. Then, remove the four bolts and left hand engine mount for clearance when removing engine, retarder, and torque
