Loosen retaining nut (7) in order to disconnect hose (8) from bypass valve (9) .

Loosen two retaining nuts (10) in order to disconnect two hoses (11) from oil cooler (12) for the output transfer gears. Lay the hoses aside.Note: Only the 735 Articulated Truck is equipped with an oil cooler for the output transfer gears.

Remove three bolts (13), three washers (14), and top plate (15) that retains bracket (16) to radiator duct (17). Lower bracket (16) onto the chassis.

This is a view of the coolant tube for the top of the radiator.
Loosen two hose clamps (18) in order to slide hose (19) off tube (20).

Loosen two retaining nuts (21) in order to disconnect two hoses (22) .

Loosen hose clamp (23) in order to disconnect hose (24) from the radiator. Loosen hose clamp (25) in order to disconnect hose (26) .Note: Hose (24) can only be disconnected from the radiator as the radiator is being lifted from the machine.

Remove four bolts (27), eight washers (28), four washers (29) and four nuts (30) in order to remove plate (31) from the machine.

Attach a single chain lifting sling to the lifting point on the radiator and to a suitable hoist. Take up the tension in order to support the radiator.

Remove bolt (32), washer (33), the lower half of mount (34), washer (35), washer (36) and nut (37) from the left side of the radiator.

Remove bolt (38), washer (39), the lower half of mount (40), washer (41), washer (42) and nut (43) from the right side of the radiator.

Remove two bolts (44), four washers (45), and two nuts (46) from support bracket (47) .

Carefully lift the radiator. The weight of the radiator is 320 kg (706 lb). At the same time feed the three hoses through the radiator duct. Remove the radiator from the machine.

Remove the upper half of mount (34) and the sleeve from the left side of the machine. Remove the upper half of mount (40) and the sleeve from the right side of the machine.
