It contains component information for the HP7, HP8, single 25, single 20, tandem 25, and tandem 20 series pumps. Each page of the pumps section contains one pump and one illustration for easy identification of the component parts.
One section of the IRM has a list of common parts. The list gives part numbers and corresponding pumps and applications where the individual parts are used. This section is designed to aid in management of dealer inventory.
The IRM contains pumps that have been included in previous IRMs, pumps which have recently had individual parts made available, and pumps that are considered noncurrent. Noncurrent pumps have not had individual parts released specifically for their use, but parts already in the system were checked to see if they would be applicable in the former pumps. As a result, there will be some parts on former pumps that are not serviced by Caterpillar parts.
