Raise the temperature of bearing (23). Install bearing (23) on shaft assembly (14) .
Install spacer (24) on shaft assembly (14) .
Use Tooling (C) to install retaining ring (25) onto shaft assembly (14) .

Raise the temperature of bearing (22). Install bearing (22) on shaft assembly (14) .

Use Tooling (A) and a suitable press to install seal (21) into body assembly (17) .

Install shaft assembly (14) into body assembly (17) .
Use Tooling (B) to install retaining ring (20) into body assembly (17) .

Install seal (19) onto shaft assembly (14) .

Use Tooling (A) and a suitable press to install seal (18) into housing (8) .

Note: Align the marks on body assembly (17) and housing (8) before you install bolts (16) .
Carefully install housing (8) on body assembly (17). Install bolts (16). Tighten bolts (16) to a torque of 55 N m (41 lb ft).

Install seal assembly (15) onto shaft assembly (14) .

Install washer (13) .
Use Tooling (C) to install retaining ring (12) .
Install wear plate (11) and quad ring seal (10) into housing (8) .
Apply Tooling (F) to the outer surface of cam liner (9) and the pin. Position cam liner (9) together and install the pin.
Install cam liner (9) into housing (8). Make sure that the pin is aligned with the notch in the bottom of housing (8) .

Note: Apply a non-petroleum based lubricant to the impeller before installation.
Install impeller (6) on the shaft. Install quad ring seal (7) .

Install bracket (5) and gear (4) .
Install cover (2) .
Install elbow (3) and elbow (1) .End By: Install the auxiliary water pump. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Auxiliary Water Pump - Install".
