The location of this label is shown in the Image 1.
The label to be applied is dependant on the generator model, C27, or C32. Remove the existing seismic certification label and replace as indicated in the Rework Procedure.

PRIORITY - PRODUCT IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR REPLACING THE SEISMIC CERTIFICATION LABEL ON CERTAIN C27 AND C32 GENERATOR SETS
MODELS INVOLVED - C27 and C32
Dear Cat Product Owner:
The seismic certification label needs to be replaced on certain enclosed C27 and C32 generator sets. The existing label indicates an incorrect design spectral response acceleration value. Note that this does not adversely affect the package International Building Code (IBC) certification. You will not be charged for the service performed.
Contact your local Cat dealer immediately to schedule this service. The dealer will advise you of the time required to complete this service.
If you are no longer the owner of this product(s), please contact your local Cat dealer so that our records can be updated.
Please refer the dealer to their Service Letter dated 10Jun2013 when scheduling this service.
We regret the inconvenience this may cause you, but urge you to have this service performed as soon as possible to prevent unscheduled downtime.

Rework Procedure
Remove the existing seismic certification label. An example of the label is shown in Image1.1.1.

For C27 generator sets, clean the surface and apply the FILM_C27 label shown in Image1.2.1 in the same location as the original.
