Attach a suitable lifting device to fuel filter base assembly (11). The weight of the fuel filter base assembly (11) is approximately 45 kg (100 lb).Note: Route the lifting device between the air intake manifold and the engine block for ease of removal.
Install bolts (10)
Connect line (11).

Apply clean diesel fuel to the outside seal on the filter element.
Install housing bottom (2). Tighten housing bottom (2) to mechanical stop. Do not exceed a torque of 237 N m (175 lb ft).Note: Do not use pneumatic tools.
Connect sensor (3), sensor (4), and sensor (8).
Connect line (5), line (6), line (7), and line (9).

Install plug (1) Into housing bottom (2).
Repeat Step 8 for the remaining fuel filter housings.
Turn the fuel supply to the ON position.
