XQ375 distribution panel
The XQ375 distribution panel is equipped with a single adjustable main circuit breaker that is adjustable for 208 V or 480 V. The panel is equipped with a manual voltage changeover board and a single main load connection.Manually Change the Voltage for the Dual Voltage Distribution Panel with the Voltage Changeover Board on XQ375 Generator Sets
DANGER: Shock/Electrocution Hazard-Do not operate this equipment or work on this equipment unless you have read and understand the instructions and warnings in the Operation and Maintenance Manual. Failure to follow the instructions or heed the warnings will result in serious injury or death.
Ensure that the generator set is not operating. Place the handle of the main circuit breaker in the "OFF" position. The "OFF" position is the open position.

Unfasten the latch (1) and open the access door for the voltage changeover board.
Illustration 6 g01835254
Position the voltage changeover board (3) to the left for low voltage (208V). The position of the voltage changeover board is indicated through the cutout (4). Fasten the voltage changeover board (3) with nuts and washers (2).
Illustration 7 g01835556
Position the voltage changeover board to the right for high voltage (480V). The position of the voltage changeover board is indicated through the cutout (4). Fasten the voltage changeover board (3) with nuts and washers (2).

DANGER: Shock/Electrocution Hazard-Do not operate this equipment or work on this equipment unless you have read and understand the instructions and warnings in the Operation and Maintenance Manual. Failure to follow the instructions or heed the warnings will result in serious injury or death.
Verify the correct load phase rotation with the generator prior to connecting the output power cables.
Note: The procedure for the load connection is illustrated by using an XQ375 dual voltage distribution panel. All of the instructions are typical for both the dual voltage distribution panel and for the single voltage distribution panel.

(8) California style twist locks
Ensure that the generator set is not operating. Place main circuit breakers in the "OFF" position. The "OFF" position is the open position. Dual voltage distribution panels can have two different voltages. Determine the voltage to use. Use either HIGH (480 V) or LOW (208 V) voltage. Select the applicable receptacles or bus bars.
Connect the output power cables to the receptacles or to the bus bars. If it is necessary to connect the output power cables to the bus bars:
Connect the output power cables to the appropriate bus bars .
